📜 1. Warranty Overview
Mellowsity is committed to delivering quality, durable, and beautiful furniture. We stand behind our craftsmanship and materials with the following limited warranty, effective from the date of delivery. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
📅 2. Product-Specific Warranty Periods
Our warranty periods vary by product component, reflecting our confidence in the materials used.

🔍 3. What is Covered
This limited warranty covers the following defects that appear within the stated warranty periods, under conditions of normal domestic use:

Structural Failure: Breaking or cracking of the sofa or chair internal frame.

Abnormal Cushion Deterioration: Significant and rapid loss of foam resiliency that is outside the range of normal wear and tear and compression.

Upholstery Defects: Manufacturing flaws such as unraveling seams, misplaced stitching, or fabric tearing prior to use.
🚫 4. What is NOT Covered
This limited warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear and Tear: Including but not limited to pilling of fabrics, stretching, wrinkling, or fading of upholstery over time.

Minor Comfort Changes: Normal softening or flattening of cushions and foam over time (compression of up to 20% is considered normal).

Misuse or Damage: Damage resulting from improper cleaning, accidents (e.g., spills, burns, pet damage, stains), abuse, or improper storage.

External Damage: Damage caused by moving, improper assembly, or transit by the customer.

Color Variation: Natural variations in wood grain or color and minor differences between floor samples, photos, and delivered items.

Commercial Use: Products used in a commercial, rental, or institutional setting.

"As Is" or Clearance Items: Items sold on final sale, floor models, or marked "as is."

Third-Party Modifications: Any alteration or repair made by a party other than Mellowsity or its authorized representatives.
🛠️ 5. Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our support team at support@mellowsity.com within the applicable warranty period.

Provide Proof: Include your Original Order Number and the Date of Purchase.

Documentation: Clearly describe the defect and attach supporting documentation, including high-quality photos and/or videos of the alleged defect.

Assessment: Mellowsity will review your claim. We reserve the right to inspect the furniture item before determining the validity of the claim.
Our Resolution
If a defect is confirmed under this warranty, Mellowsity will, at its sole discretion, choose one of the following remedies:

Repair the defective product or component.

Replace the defective product or component with a new, equivalent item.

Offer a full or partial refund for the defective item if repair or replacement is not feasible.
📍 6. Limitation of Liability
This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for product defects. Mellowsity is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of time, inconvenience, or damage to other property. The total liability of Mellowsity under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the defective product.
